We turned all out lights off at 8.30pm for 'Earth Hour' (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/in_depth/7969515.stm).  We were reminded how lovely it is to have candle light instead of electric light.  In fact we still haven't turned the lights on.   It's amazing how much more relaxing candle light is, and actually it does give out enough light to do most things.  We might make it a bit of a habit. 

We played Carcassone by candle light.  I'd not played 2 player before.  It was fun.  : )
